
Developing Leadership
How Leadership is enacted in an organisation is determined by four main factors:- The environment and markets the organisation is operating in
- Where the organisation is in its lifecycle (start up, newly merged, mature)
- The quality of existing leaders (including the woman or man at the top)
- The availability of future leaders through ongoing and active development
We do that in a number of ways:
