Developing Leadership

How Leadership is enacted in an organisation is determined by four main factors:

  1. The environment and markets the organisation is operating in
  2. Where the organisation is in its lifecycle (start up, newly merged, mature)
  3. The quality of existing leaders (including the woman or man at the top)
  4. The availability of future leaders through ongoing and active development
By understanding and keeping in mind points 1 & 2 we help existing leaders expand their confidence capability and contribution - what we call the 3 C’s. In addition we help them consciously identify and develop their next generation of leaders and leadership.

We do that in a number of ways:

  • WE DEVELOP AND RUN BESPOKE COACHING PROGRAMMES
  • WE WORK WITH LEADERSHIP TEAMS TO IMPROVE HOW THEY COLLECTIVELY LEAD ORGANISATIONS
  • WE DESIGN AND MANAGE ADULT LEARNING PROGRAMMES FOR LEADERSHIP GROUPS AND LEVELS
